Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Account Responsibility

By accessing or using Webspec HUB, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable policies, onboarding rules, or service notices provided during account setup or platform use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied for your account, for user access granted under your organization, and for the activities performed through your workspace.

2. Service Scope

Webspec HUB provides software and operational tooling for WhatsApp Cloud API messaging, CRM workflows, broadcasts, templates, analytics, automation, and shared support inbox management.

We may improve, update, limit, or discontinue features when required for security, compliance, infrastructure health, or product evolution.

3. Acceptable Use and WhatsApp Compliance

You must use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in a way that complies with Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform rules, messaging policies, consent requirements, and commerce restrictions.

• Do not send spam, deceptive messages, prohibited commerce content, or unlawful communications.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse automation, or misuse templates or conversation windows.
• You remain responsible for your data, campaign content, customer consent, and business account standing with WhatsApp or Meta.

4. Billing and Commercial Terms

Paid services are billed under the commercial plan or agreement applicable to your account. Taxes, platform fees, messaging charges, and third-party pass-through fees may apply depending on your plan and usage model.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Suspension, Termination, and Liability

We may suspend or terminate access if your account presents security risk, violates these Terms, fails payment obligations, or creates regulatory or platform-compliance exposure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webspec Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or third-party platform restrictions.
